How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order, so allow 7–14 business days for UK delivery. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched. No tracking email after 8 business days? Email hello@jam174.com and we'll chase it.
Why did checkout say my order will arrive in 2 shipments?
Items in one order can be made in different places, so they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay one delivery fee, and there's no extra cost for the second parcel.
How much is delivery?
Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Under that it's a flat £5.99 per order, however many items you buy. Launch offers show at checkout when they apply.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Why is everything made to order?
Nothing sits in a warehouse as unsold stock, and every piece is printed for you on heavyweight blanks.
How do I choose a size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Our fits are boxy and oversized, so if you like a closer fit, size down.
Returns
Can I send something back?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email hello@jam174.com with your order number before you post anything. Because items ship directly from our fulfilment partners, we'll tell you where to send it. Full details are in our Refund policy.
My item is faulty or wrong.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
