Shipping policy

Processing time All our products are made to order and printed/embroidered by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Orders typically leave their facility within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time (UK) Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we currently ship At the moment we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to open up international shipping in future — check back or get in touch if you'd like to be notified.

Shipping costs We charge a single flat delivery fee of £5.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy or which products are in your basket. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment partner. If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@jam174.com and we'll chase it up.

Delays Our stated timescales are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods, customs checks, or courier delays can occasionally push things back. We'll always try to keep you updated if something's running late.
