Shipping policy

Processing and delivery time (UK) Everything we sell is made to order by our fulfilment partners, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Please allow 7–14 business days from ordering to delivery. Some items, such as hats, can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods such as Christmas can add to them.

Where we currently ship At the moment we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to open up international shipping in future, so get in touch if you'd like to be notified.

Shipping costs Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Under £50 we charge a single flat delivery fee of £5.99 per order, however many items you buy. Free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout when they apply.

Multiple items Items in one order may be made in different places, so they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay one delivery fee.

Tracking You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 8 business days of ordering, email us at hello@jam174.com and we'll chase it up.

Delays Our timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, customs checks or courier delays can push things back. We'll keep you updated if something's running late.
